The short version.
We don't collect personal data. No accounts, no email sign-up, no third-party ad pixels, and nothing that identifies you. We keep only anonymous, aggregate counts of which deals get read.
- Aggregate page views, calculator outcome and save-action categories, and outbound affiliate-link clicks, via Vercel Analytics (cookieless) and our own anonymous event count — which deal or tool, which channel, which page. We do not send the product name, prices, discount, or delivery frequency entered in the Subscribe & Save calculator.
- If you explicitly submit a shelf price for review: the product, retailer, price, observation date, evidence type, and any source URL or note you choose to provide. The calculator entry itself stays local unless you press submit.
- None of it is tied to you: we don't store your IP address, we don't store your user agent, and we don't build a profile.
- No names, emails, addresses, or accounts — there's nothing to sign up for.
- No receipt uploads or store locations. Please do not put names, order numbers, loyalty IDs, addresses, or other personal information in a price note or source URL.
- No IP addresses or device fingerprints stored on our side.
- No tracking cookies. Your saved catalog list, calculator comparisons, trip settings, and a random bulk-up session ID may use your browser’s localStorage so they survive a reload. Those local records are not an account or identity and are not uploaded to us.
- No third-party ad networks. No Google Ads pixels, no Meta pixels, no TikTok pixels.
- Subscribe & Save calculator prices stay in your browser, including comparisons you explicitly add to My savings plan. If you deliberately share or reopen a result, the values are placed in the link fragment so they are not sent to our server as part of the page request.
When you click through to Amazon, you enter Amazon's tracking universe. They use the affiliate tag in the URL to attribute purchases to us, and their cookies do whatever Amazon's cookies do. We have no control over that — read Amazon's privacy notice for their side.
Because we don't collect anything that identifies you, there's nothing on our server to look up, export, or delete — and no contact form to chase down a request. You can remove individual saved comparisons or clear the personal list from My savings plan at any time. This is a small site run by one household, and that's the way we like to keep it.
