We earn when you cart it.
Cart vs Car is part of the Amazon Associates program. When you use a paid Amazon link and complete a qualifying purchase during Amazon’s attribution window, Amazon may pay us a category-specific commission. The rate varies by product category, and your price does not change.
An important boundary for this site: Amazon’s current Commission Income Statement says a product purchased as a subscription is disqualified unless the agreement provides otherwise. That means we do not promise a commission from a Subscribe & Save order. A link can still lead to other qualifying purchases, but the savings advice comes first whether it pays us or not.
That commission is the entire reason this site exists. There are no ads, no sponsored posts, no paid placements, no "best of" lists juiced by whoever paid for the slot. We pick the deals based on what our household actually buys and audits, period. If a product is on this site, it's because we've bought it ourselves (often more than once).
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
We may add other affiliate partners in the future (Target, Walmart, specialty stores). When we do, we'll list them here and continue to flag every commissioned link with a visible "paid link" note on the button. Nothing hidden.
We also don't sell your email or your data. See privacy for the boring details about what we collect (mostly: page views).
